Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Turkey: Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, and thyme.
- Chop the Veggies: Halve the baby potatoes and slice the carrots into sticks or rounds.
