  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion until soft (about 5 minutes).
  4. Add minced garlic and ground beef; cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
