- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
- Soak the bean mix overnight or use a quick soak method by boiling them for about an hour.
- Chop the onion, green bell pepper, and garlic.
- In your slow cooker, combine drained soaked beans, chopped onion, diced tomatoes (with juices), green bell pepper, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, and chicken broth. Stir well.
