- 2 cups bell peppers (mix of red and green), chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Place them in a baking dish coated with nonstick spray.
- Bake chicken for about 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Let cool slightly before shredding.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped bell peppers until tender but still crunchy (about five minutes).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with sautéed bell peppers and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
- Lay out each tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon the chicken and pepper mixture into the center of each tortilla. Top with grated cheese before rolling tightly.
