Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Measure out all ingredients: steel cut oats, dried cranberries, fresh orange juice and zest, milk, maple syrup, and salt.
- Add Ingredients to the Instant Pot: Pour steel cut oats into the Instant Pot along with dried cranberries, orange juice, zest, milk, maple syrup, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Set Your Instant Pot: Secure the lid on the Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Natural Release: Once cooking is complete, allow for a natural release of pressure for about 10 minutes before manually releasing any remaining steam.
- Fluff It Up: Carefully open the lid and stir the oatmeal with a spatula to fluff it up and mix ingredients.
- Serve It Up: Transfer servings into bowls and garnish with additional cranberries or a sprinkle of orange zest if desired. Drizzle with extra maple syrup for added sweetness.
