- Fill muffin tins two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter until creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, alternating with heavy cream, beating until smooth and fluffy.
