Instructions

- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until evenly combined.
- In another bowl, mix sugar and vegetable oil until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in buttermilk and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
