- 3 tbsp miso paste (white or yellow)
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Place cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush both sides generously with the marinade.
- Roast the cod in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- While the cod roasts, bring a pot of water to boil.
- Blanch broccoli florets for about 3 minutes until bright green but still crisp.
- Drain broccoli and immediately rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
- Serve cod alongside broccoli and drizzle any remaining teriyaki miso sauce over both.
