- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Pour half of the marinade over the fillets.
- If desired, add vegetables such as asparagus or broccoli around the salmon. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with remaining marinade. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
