Description

Indulge in tender salmon fillets glazed with sweet maple syrup and zesty mustard, all cooked on one sheet pan for a hassle-free dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Pour half of the marinade over the fillets.
  4. If desired, add vegetables such as asparagus or broccoli around the salmon. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with remaining marinade. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
