  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped into bite-sized chunks
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Place the chicken breasts on one side of the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Generously coat with BBQ sauce.
