  • 1 cup deli-sliced corned beef, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut, well-drained
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and beaten egg until well mixed.
  3. Form small balls (about the size of golf balls) from the mixture and roll gently between your palms.
