- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut, well-drained
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and beaten egg until well mixed.
- Form small balls (about the size of golf balls) from the mixture and roll gently between your palms.
- Roll each ball in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Arrange the coated balls on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray them with cooking oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mayonnaise, and hot sauce. Adjust spice level as desired.
