  • 1 lb ground turkey sausage (or chicken sausage)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry sheets on a clean surface and cut them into rectangles (about 3 inches wide).
  3. Place a spoonful of ground turkey sausage along one edge of each pastry rectangle.
