Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the puff pastry sheets on a clean surface and cut them into rectangles (about 3 inches wide).
- Place a spoonful of ground turkey sausage along one edge of each pastry rectangle.
