Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- Rinse the broccoli under cold water and cut it into bite-sized florets for even cooking.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, sauté the minced garlic for about one minute until fragrant but not browned.
- Add the broccoli florets, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to coat them in the garlic oil. Cook for about four minutes until bright green yet still crisp.
- Spread the broccoli on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about ten minutes until tender but vibrant.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan over the hot broccoli, allowing it to melt slightly before serving.
