- 1 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Prepare Your Instant Pot: Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add a splash of oil and let it heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Sauté the Garlic: Once heated, add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
- Add Chicken and Broth: Place seasoned chicken breasts in the pot. Pour in the chicken broth and drizzle buffalo sauce over the top.
- Pressure Cook: Secure the lid and set to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. After cooking, allow a natural release for 5 minutes before manually releasing any remaining pressure.
- Shred the Chicken: Remove chicken with tongs or a slotted spoon, place on a cutting board, and shred using two forks.
- Mix in Ranch Dressing: Return shredded chicken to the pot. Add ranch dressing and mix until well combined. Let sit for a couple of minutes to enhance flavors.
- Serve: Transfer to plates or use for sliders if desired. Drizzle with additional buffalo sauce or ranch dressing before serving.
