Savor the flavors of summer with perfectly grilled salmon drizzled in a sweet and savory maple soy glaze—ideal for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fillets (6 oz each) Fresh Salmon Fillets
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F or 190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ground ginger until well combined.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Let marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Once the grill is ready, place salmon skin-side down on the grates. Cook for about 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through, brushing with remaining marinade during cooking.
  5. Transfer grilled salmon to plates and drizzle with any leftover glaze from the pan.
  6. Serve warm alongside grilled vegetables or rice.
