Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F or 190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ground ginger until well combined.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Let marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- Once the grill is ready, place salmon skin-side down on the grates. Cook for about 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through, brushing with remaining marinade during cooking.
- Transfer grilled salmon to plates and drizzle with any leftover glaze from the pan.
