- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 8 oz large pasta shells
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the steak pieces and sear for about 3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet used for the steak, reduce heat slightly and add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese while mixing until melted and creamy.
- Toss in the cooked pasta shells to coat them with the sauce.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and gently combine with pasta and sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
