Description

Indulge in the ultimate comfort food with tender steak bites smothered in garlic butter, paired with creamy Parmesan pasta shells. A delightful dish perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz large pasta shells
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Add the steak pieces and sear for about 3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet used for the steak, reduce heat slightly and add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir well. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese while mixing until melted and creamy.
  6. Toss in the cooked pasta shells to coat them with the sauce.
  7. Return the steak bites to the skillet and gently combine with pasta and sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
