Description

Delight in the holiday spirit with these easy-to-make, no-bake Festive Peppermint Oreo Balls, combining rich chocolate and refreshing peppermint for a perfect seasonal treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (15.35 oz) Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Alternatively, place them in a zip-top bag and smash with a rolling pin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and peppermint extract. Mix until well-blended and resembling cookie dough.
  3. Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the formed balls in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up before coating.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals (15-20 seconds), stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing back on parchment paper. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top while still warm.
  7. Let set at room temperature or refrigerate briefly before serving.
