Instructions
- Thinly slice the yellow onions using a sharp knife. Place them in the crockpot.
- Pour the vegetable broth over the sliced onions.
- Drizzle olive oil over the onions and broth. Add thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until the onions are caramelized and tender.
