- 8 oz twisted pasta (such as cavatappi or fusilli)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Additional salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- 2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- 3. Cook chicken for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- 1. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 2. Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- 3. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese while stirring until melted and smooth.
- 1. In a separate pot, cook twisted pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain well.
- 1. Add cooked pasta into the creamy garlic sauce along with sliced chicken breasts.
- 2. Toss everything together until pasta is well-coated with sauce.
