Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan or preferred cake pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: In another bowl, beat softened butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy (about three minutes).
- Combine Wet Ingredients: Add eggs one at a time to the butter-sugar mixture, beating well after each addition. Pour in the milk and mix until combined.
- Fold in Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, folding gently until just combined. Fold in fresh cranberries.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow cooling before transferring to a wire rack.
