- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 egg (beaten with 1 tbsp water for egg wash)
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- On a floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into squares approximately 3 inches wide.
- Place a small piece of brie in the center of each pastry square and top with about a teaspoon of cranberry sauce. If desired, sprinkle chopped rosemary on top.
- Fold the corners of each pastry square over the filling to form pockets and pinch them closed tightly.
- Brush each bite with egg wash for a glossy finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
