Description

Cranberry Brie Bites are a delightful appetizer featuring creamy brie and tart cranberry sauce encased in flaky pastry, perfect for festive gatherings or cozy nights in.

  • 8 oz brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 egg (beaten with 1 tbsp water for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into squares approximately 3 inches wide.
  4. Place a small piece of brie in the center of each pastry square and top with about a teaspoon of cranberry sauce. If desired, sprinkle chopped rosemary on top.
  5. Fold the corners of each pastry square over the filling to form pockets and pinch them closed tightly.
  6. Brush each bite with egg wash for a glossy finish.
