  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-style)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup grape jelly

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.
