Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat softened butter with granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about two minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time to the butter mixture, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually add dry ingredients into the butter-egg mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- For topping, mix chopped nuts with brown sugar and sprinkle on top of the batter.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before drizzling with melted chocolate chips.
