Ingredients

  • 2 cups cheese-filled ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning.
  3. Spread half of the marinara sauce at the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer half of the ravioli on top, followed by dollops of ricotta cheese.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella over the ricotta layer, then add another layer of marinara sauce followed by the remaining ravioli.
  5. Finish with the rest of your mozzarella cheese and sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for about 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
