Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar.
- Gradually add warm water and melted butter until combined.
- Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Once risen, punch down the dough and roll out into a rectangle about half an inch thick.
- Spread softened butter over the surface, then sprinkle minced garlic and shredded cheese evenly across.
- Starting from one edge, roll up tightly into a log shape and slice into six equal pieces.
- Place each piece upright in muffin tins and gently press down to fit snugly.
- Cover with a cloth and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown.
