Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares or circles.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sliced onions and sauté until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the onions are caramelized, add the diced apples, thyme leaves, and balsamic vinegar. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until fragrant.
