Instructions

- In another bowl, beat softened butter until creamy. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract. Mix until fluffy.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture. Fold in chopped apples gently.
- Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely before adding caramel.
