  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or substitute with your favorite meat or veggies)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. Place them in a large bowl.
  3. Add pepperoni, diced bell peppers, diced onions, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half of the mozzarella cheese to the bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Pour half of the pizza sauce into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer the biscuit mixture over the sauce evenly, then drizzle the remaining pizza sauce on top.
  5. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
