- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or substitute with your favorite meat or veggies)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. Place them in a large bowl.
- Add pepperoni, diced bell peppers, diced onions, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half of the mozzarella cheese to the bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
- Pour half of the pizza sauce into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer the biscuit mixture over the sauce evenly, then drizzle the remaining pizza sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
