Description

Savor the delightful combination of tender beef, fresh broccoli, and flavorful ramen in this quick and easy Instant Pot recipe. Perfect for busy weeknights!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced against the grain
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 4 oz ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips against the grain. Chop broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics: Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add sesame oil followed by minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the Beef: Toss in the sliced beef sirloin and sear until browned on all sides, approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Build Your Broth: Pour in soy sauce and beef broth over the seared beef. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cook Under Pressure: Close the lid of your Instant Pot and set it to high pressure for about eight minutes.
  6. Quick Release & Add Noodles: Once cooking is complete, perform a quick release carefully. Stir in ramen noodles and broccoli florets, then close the lid for another two minutes to soften the noodles.
  7. Serve: Transfer to bowls and enjoy hot! Optionally sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
