Description

  • 8 slices Thick-Cut Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse the asparagus under cold water and trim off the woody ends.
  3. Take a slice of thick-cut bacon and wrap it around each asparagus stalk, starting at one end and spiraling down to the other end.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the wrapped asparagus and sprinkle salt and pepper generously on top.
