Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse the asparagus under cold water and trim off the woody ends.
- Take a slice of thick-cut bacon and wrap it around each asparagus stalk, starting at one end and spiraling down to the other end.
- Drizzle olive oil over the wrapped asparagus and sprinkle salt and pepper generously on top.
- Arrange the bacon-wrapped asparagus on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is golden brown and crispy.
