Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, cream together softened butter and remaining brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time into the butter mixture, followed by milk. Mix until just combined.
