  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges
  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all ingredients. Slice the onion and mince the garlic.
  2. Sear the Steak: Set Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add a splash of oil and sear both sides of flank steak for about 3 minutes each until browned.
  3. Add Aromatics: Remove the steak and add sliced onions and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Season It Up: Return the steak to the pot. Pour in beef broth and sprinkle cumin over everything. Close and seal the lid.
  5. Cook It: Select 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' on high pressure for 30 minutes.
