- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a large sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce evenly on the bottom of your prepared sheet pan. Layer half of the uncooked noodles on top, breaking them as necessary.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with Italian seasoning. Spread half of this mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients: marinara sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and finish with mozzarella on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil leaves for a burst of flavor.
