Description

Savor the comforting layers of ground beef, rich marinara sauce, and gooey cheese in this effortless sheet pan lasagna that’s perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a large sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Spread half of the marinara sauce evenly on the bottom of your prepared sheet pan. Layer half of the uncooked noodles on top, breaking them as necessary.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with Italian seasoning. Spread half of this mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Repeat with remaining ingredients: marinara sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and finish with mozzarella on top.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil leaves for a burst of flavor.
