Description

Indulge in the sweet, buttery goodness of perfectly cooked corn on the cob, ready in just minutes with your Instant Pot!

Ingredients

  • Fresh Corn on the Cob: 4 ears
  • Water: 1 cup
  • Butter: 2 tbsp (salted or unsalted)
  • Salt: To taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Shuck the corn, removing all silk threads. If necessary, break each ear in half to fit in the pot.
  2. 2. Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot to create steam.
  3. 3. Place a trivet or steamer basket inside the pot, arranging the corn vertically. Securely close the lid, ensuring the pressure valve is set to sealing.
  4. 4. Select manual pressure cooking and set it for 3 minutes.
  5. 5. Once cooking time is up, carefully use a quick release method to release steam.
  6. 6. Remove corn with tongs and slather with butter and salt before serving hot.
