  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf form on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In another bowl, mix cranberry sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
  5. Toss fresh green beans in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange them around the meatloaf on the baking sheet.
