- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf form on the prepared baking sheet.
- In another bowl, mix cranberry sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Toss fresh green beans in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange them around the meatloaf on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C), brushing with more glaze halfway through cooking.
- Serve warm, drizzling any remaining glaze over each portion.
