  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Strawberries: Rinse the strawberries under cool water and gently pat them dry with paper towels. Ensure they are completely dry to help the chocolate adhere properly.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips with coconut oil. Microwave in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring in between until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Dip Those Ghosts: Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate until fully coated. Allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
