  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  3. In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, diced avocados, cucumber slices, halved tomatoes, and red onion.
