Ingredients
Scale
- 4 lbs bone-in short ribs
- 2 medium yellow onions, chopped
- 3 large carrots, cut into chunks
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Chop the onions and carrots into sizeable chunks and mince the garlic.

- 4. Add Broth and Herbs: Return short ribs to the pot along with fresh thyme. Pour in beef broth to cover halfway.
