- 1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with cupcake liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Add melted butter and eggs to the dry ingredients, mixing continuously. Gradually stir in water until the batter is smooth.
- Pour half of the batter into each muffin cup. Add a few raspberries and sprinkle chocolate chips over them. Top with more batter until each cup is about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until slightly firm but still soft in the center. Let them cool briefly before removing from the tin.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
