- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon

- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients on the kitchen counter.
- In a food processor, combine pumpkin puree, chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- If the hummus is too thick, gradually add water or more olive oil until you reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed with more lemon juice or salt.
- Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl. Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with additional cumin or paprika for garnish.
