Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Italian Sausages (spicy or sweet)
  • 3 Bell Peppers (mixed colors: red, yellow, green)
  • 1 large Onion (yellow preferred)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)

  2. 2. Sauté the Sausages: Add the Italian sausages to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
  3. 3. Chop Your Veggies: While the sausages are cooking, slice the bell peppers and onion into strips.
