Instructions
- 1. Preheat Your Pan: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil to coat the bottom.
- 2. Sauté the Sausages: Add the Italian sausages to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
- 3. Chop Your Veggies: While the sausages are cooking, slice the bell peppers and onion into strips.
- 4. Add Veggies: Once the sausages are browned, remove them from the pan. In the same pan, add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until softened.
